PrintGrace Cazarin Moreno, stillborn daughter of Hope Moreno and Jose Cazarin of Madison, TN., was born on March 15, 2022 at Tristar Centennial Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Faith Moreno of Madison, her grandparents, Jacqueline Gannon Moreno and Francisco Moreno both of Nashville; uncles, Jose Moreno and Francisco Moreno both of Nashville and great grandmother, Deborah Gannon of Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her great grandfather, Jackie Gannon and her great great grandparents, Frank and Evelyn Gannon.
