Michael Shane Thomas, 792 Sunny Slope Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Fraudulent Use Of A Debit Card and Theft Under $500 on Jan. 9.

It is alleged that on Nov. 24, 2011, Thomas used a debit card without the issued owner’s consent to withdraw $260 from the ATM of a local bank.

Bond was set at $5,000. Initial court date is Feb. 14.

• Luanne Rains, 1390 Tassey Rd., Readyville, was charged with Assault on Jan. 12 in a complaint obtained by the purported victim, who alleges that Rains told her over the phone on Jan. 10, “I am not playing. You have 15 minutes to get your (crap) out of the house or we will be there and show you what we will do to you.”

Bond was set at $250. Initial court date is Feb. 7.
