Five Served With Probation Violation Warrants



Five persons were served with arrest warrants recently charging them with allegedly violating the terms of their probation:

• Michael Edward Muncey, 2065 Goose Pond Rd., Manchester, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 2. Muncey was convicted of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs (marijuana) on July 7, 2011, and was placed on probation until July 4, 2012. He allegedly violated his probation by testing positive for marijuana use of Oct. 4 and failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution was directed. Bond was set at $1,000. Initial court date is Feb. 10.

• Randy L. Hall, 209 E. Main St., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Dec. 30. Hall was convicted of Theft on March 29, 2011. He was placed on probation from that date until March 26, 2012. Hall has allegedly failed to report to the Probation Officer as directed, failed to submit to random drug screens as directed, and failed to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. Bond was fixed at $2,500. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Lea Ann Farless, 503 McFerrin St., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 3. Farless was convicted of Vandalism and Resisting Stop, Frisk, Halt, Arrest or Search on Dec. 10, 2009, and was placed on probation from Oct. 7, 2010 until Oct. 4, 2011. Farless allegedly failed to report to the Probation Officer, failed to submit to random drug screens and failed to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution, as directed. Bond was set at $50,000. Farless is scheduled to appear in Cannon County Circuit Court Friday.

• Nicholas Beaumont St. Cyr, 674 Sunny Slope Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Dec. 31. St. Cry was convicted of Assault on July 12, 2011 and was placed on probation from Oct. 15, 2010 to July 7, 2012. It is alleged he violated the conditions of his probation by failing to abstain from illegal drug use by testing positive for marijuana and by failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. His next court date is Jan. 31.

• Christopher Paul Lafever was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Dec. 27. Lafever was convicted on March 11, 2011, of Promotion of Meth and of Evading Arrest and was placed on probation for 6 years. It is alleged Lafever violated probation by being arrested on Sept. 1, 2011, for Public Intoxication, moving from his residence and not providing a new address, failed to report to his probation officer as scheduled, failed to pay fines, court costs and restitution as directed, and resided in a home with a convicted felon. He is scheduled to appear in Cannon County Circuit Court Friday.
