Five Drug-Related Charges Filed Against Woodbury Man

Justin Patrick Richardson, 325 Powell St., Woodbury, was charged with a variety of offenses on Nov. 4 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack.

They are: Simple Possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana), Simple Possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance (six Phenobarbital 60 mg.), Simple Possession of a Legend drug (five XR150), Inhaling or Possessing Gases for Unlawful Purposes (paint thinner) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (rolling papers and a grinder).

 Release citations were issued. Initial court date is Dec. 13.

• Joyce Ann Leggett, 415 Doolittle Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Simple Possession of a Schedule III drug (Lortab) and Public Intoxication on Nov. 16 by Woodbury Police Sgt. John House. The arrest occurred at the Quick Shop Market. Bond was set at $2,600. Initial court date is Dec. 13.

• Charles Luebbe, 99 Poplar Bluff Rd., Auburntown, was charged with Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest on Nov. 18 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Seth Perry. Bond was set at $8,000. Initial court date is Jan. 3.
