Elizabeth Ann Key Gann, 73, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the VA hospital in Nashville. A native of Jefferson Co., PA., she was the daughter of the late Richard A. Key and Dora Taylor Key.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Roy Gann of Woodbury; children, Don (Susan) Tayes, LaVonda Nickels, Katrina Call and Jeremy (Michelle) Gann; daughter-in-law, Cindy Tayes of Smithville; grandchildren, Sasha Knowles, D.J. Tayes, Danielle Tayes, Holly Tayes, Cody Thomas, Sarah Nickels, Daniel Gann, Byron Parker, Samantha Call, Joey, Matt & Jacob Gann. Numerous great grandchildren also survive

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard A. Key & Dora Taylor Key; children, Shannon Tayes, Paulette Knowles and Corey Gann; grandchildren, Tyler Nickels and Anthony Call and her brothers, Richard and Robert Key.

A member of the Baptist church, she was a veteran of the United States Navy where she was the first woman inducted into the Combat Camera Command. Elizabeth was retired from Ingram Books, she loved to travel but most of all, she loved her family.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
