Eight Served With VOP Warrants

The Cannon County Sheriff's Department recently served warrants on eight alleged Violation Of Probation offenders.

• Rebecca R. Bynum, 511 McFerrin St., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 6. Bynum was convicted of Criminal Trespass on Jan. 31. She has allegedly violated probation by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. Initial court date is March 20.

• Bethany Hope Tate-Elrod, 205 Warrior Dr., Apt. 183, Murfreesboro, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 6. Tate-Elrod was convicted of Possession Of Schedule IV Drugs and Theft on July 12, 2011. She has allegedly violated probation by being arrested for Theft in Rutherford County on Nov. 29, 2011, failing to notify her probation officer of the new arrest and failing to pay court costs, fines and restitution as directed by the court. Initial court date is May 1.

• Joseph Eric Kile was served a warrant charging him with Violation Of Probation on March 1. Kile is on probation following convictions on two counts of Theft on July 12, 2011. Kile allegedly violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to submit to random drug screens and failing to pay all court costs, fine, supervision fees and restitution. Initial court date is April 17.

• Rafeal Medillon, 310 W. Cole St., McMinnville, was served a warrant alleging Violation Of Probation on March 4. Medillon was placed on probation after he was convicted of Driving On A Revoked License on May 20, 2008. His probation was extended 6 months additional probation time following his first revocation on July 26, 2011. He has allegedly violated probation again by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed. Initial court date is April 24.

• John Wallace, 211 E. Main St., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 8. Wallace was placed on probation following a conviction for Possession Of Weapon With Intent To Go Armed and Simple Assault on Feb. 15, 2011. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. Initial court date is April 24.

• Jason W. Thomason, 26 Maynard, Rockford, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 10. Thomason was convicted of Domestic Assault on Dec. 6, 2011 and was placed on probation until May 22, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer as directed, refusing to submit to a drug screen and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is April 24.

• Kayla Bree Hickey, 372 Circle Hill Dr., McMinnville, was served a warrant for Violation Of Probation on March 11. Hickey was placed on probation following a conviction for Possession Of Schedule II Drugs and Driving On Suspended License on Sept. 6, 2011. She has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to her probation officer, make herself available for random drug screening and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is April 24.

• Charles James King, 885 Brown Chapel, McMinnville, was served a warrant for Violation Of Probation on March 9. King was placed on probation on Dec. 20, 2011 following a conviction for Driving On/With Suspended License. He allegedly violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to be available for random drug screening and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed. Bond was fixed at $2,500. Initial court date is March 20.
