The winner of the Hilton Stone American Legion Post 279 Junior Oratorical Contest is Vada Dowdell, 8th grade student from Woodbury Grammar. Vada 's excellent presentation was on the United States Constitution. Vada received a check for $100 as a result of winning the contest.
