Deputies Serve Warrants On Four



Cannon County Sheriff’s deputies recently served warrants on the following persons:

• Jason Lee Hodge, 446 Mullican Road, McMinnville, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 16. Hodge was convicted on Nov. 9, 2010 of the offense(s) of Driving Without A License and Criminal Trespass. Following the first revocation of his probation, Hodge was ordered to serve 7 days in jail and his probation was extended 11 months, 29 days. Hodge has allegedly violated probation again by failing to report to the probation officer as directed, failing to submit to random drug screens as directed, and failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed (totaling $1,007.50). Bond was fixed at $10,000. Initial court date is Feb. 21.

• Roy M. Foust, 108 East High St., Apt. 18, Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 16. Foust was convicted of two counts of Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor on May 10, 2011 and was placed on probation from that date until May 7, 2012. Foust has allegedly violated the terms of his probation by failing to report to his probation officer as directed, failing to make himself available for random drug screening as ordered and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is Feb. 21. 

• Charles Scott Parker, 923 Mingle Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 11. Parker was convicted of Simple Assault on Aug. 23, 2011 and was placed on probation from that date until Aug. 20, 2012. Parker has allegedly violated probation by failing to abstain from illegal drug use by testing positive for marijuana and opiates on Nov. 23, 2011 and by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Lisa A. George was served three warrants for Worthless Checks on Jan. 13 in the Booking Room of the sheriff’s Department.
