County 4-H Forestry Judging Team Places 2nd In State Competition
The Cannon County 4-H Forestry Judging Team just recently placed 2nd in the state competition held in Knoxville.

The events included forest measurements, compass and pacing, dendrology (tree identification), insect and disease identification, wood identification, and site evaluation.

Team members include (from middle left to middle right) Josh Garner, Autumn Love, Erin Brown, and Charity Stephens. Tennessee Division of Forestry employees Chris Carney (far left) and Joe Bryson (far right) served as coaches for the team.
