Cope bound over on multiple charges



Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Jeremy Cope's charges of aggravated burglary, theft over $1000.00, criminal trespass, assault, illegal possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.

Jeri Nicole Beckham pled guilty to passing a worthless check. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 2 days, equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

Gregory Alexander Clark agreed to the violation of probation. His probation was extended 8 months.

Jeremy Kenneth Leedom agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 2 days and his probation was extended 11 months 8 days.

Greg Mayfield agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 21 days and his probation was extended 11 months 24 days.

Tabitha Mayfield agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve 45 days and her probation was extended 11 months 24 days.

Timmy Wayne Mount pled guilty to driving on a revoked license 4th offense. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a$50.00 fine and the costs. In another case Mount pled guilty to motor vehicle habitual offender. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.

Dillon Jackson Reger agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 7 days and his probation was extended 11 months 29 days. In another case Reger pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 7 days, equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.

Jessica Walls agreed to the violation of her probation. Her probation was extended 11 months.

Frank Auston Warnack pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.

Curtis Warren agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

Jessie Willard Woodard pled guilty under judicial diversion to assault. He was placed on probation for 11 months 29 days and ordered to pay the costs.

Tina Brown pled guilty to 3 counts of passing a worthless check. In each count she was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. Those sentences were partially suspended upon serving 5 days, equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

David William Mcpeak's charges of theft over $1000.00 and aggravated burglary were bound over to the May term of the Grand Jury.
