Come see Veterans Wall of Honor

By Colonel Jim Stone

If you have not visited our beautiful Courthouse and seen the "Veterans Wall of Honor", with over 500 pictures of the heroes of Cannon County, Tennessee, and the United States of America, you need to see this impressive memorial.

If you are a Veteran living in Cannon County you need YOUR picture on that "Veterans Wall of Honor." If you have a relative (Mom, Dad, Grandmother, Grandfather, Uncle, Aunt, Brother, Sister, Niece, Nephew, or A Special Friend), THEY need to be on the Wall.

These pictures are professionally framed and mounted by Roger and Rachel Parker. They make wonderful birthday, Christmas, and Special Gifts for that Special Friend, and Special Veteran in your life.

What a wonderful way to honor and memorialize that Special Veteran in your life. What a wonderful way to say THANK YOU, "For Your Service to our Country", and for this wonderful FREEDOM we all enjoy today.

Cannon County has over 1,000 veterans living in the County. Wouldn't it be great to have all of their pictures and their ancestor's pictures on the "Veteran Wall of Honor."

Stop by the County Executive's Office and see Charlotte Duke for an application and instructions and get that Special Veteran in your life on the "VETERANS WALL OF HONOR."
