Charles "Charlie" Wayne Bain, 56, passed away Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at St. Thomas Rutherford following an extended illness. He was a native of Cannon Co.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Bain Cook and her husband, Ron Cook of Murfreesboro; 2 Grandchildren, Coby & Hailey Cook of Murfreesboro; Long Time Partner, Deborah Ewing of Liberty; Siblings,Ruby Mathis of Woodbury, Christine Smith of Portland, Timmy Tidwell of Bradyville, Allen Tidwell of Brooksville, KY., Calvin Bain, Jr. of Smithville, Jimmy Tidwell of Portland, Joann Campbell of Woodbury. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Bain was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Bain and Lucille Stanley Tidwell, Step-father, James Tidwell.

He was a member of the Baptist Church and he installed and finished drywall .

Funeral Services will be 2 pm Tuesday, January 20 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Thyatira Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 3 to 9 PM Monday, January 19, 2015.
