Charles Anthony "Tony" Shoemake

Charles Anthony "Tony" Shoemake, 63, of Lewisburg and formerly of Woodbury passed away at his home Tuesday, August 23, 2016. He was a native of Davidson Co.

Tony is survived by his sons, Joshua Shoemake of Houston, TX. and Adam (Crystal) Shoemake of Lewisburg; nephew, Cain (Jennifer) Hollandsworth of Manchester; grandchildren, Dakota & Maisie Shoemake, Shelby Toombs and Constance Graub. Also surviving is his great nephew, Waylon Hollandsworth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Oscar Shoemake, Ruby Mitchell Hayes and Norman K. Hayes.

Tony was a Master Barber for over 40 years and a member of the Baptist Church. He was an avid horseback rider and outdoorsman.

Memorial services will be 6 pm Friday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm until 6 pm.
