Charges Dumped On Man After Trash Flies



Brock Elton Walker, 3019 Jim Cummings Hwy., Woodbury, was charged with Driving Without A License and was issued a warning citation for littering on June 9 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan McGee.

Deputy McGee was on patrol when he noticed a black El Camino pulling out of the parking lot of Cannon Tire heading inbound toward Woodbury on Highway 52. When the vehicle got up to speed, trash and papers started flying out of the bed of the truck and a cardboard box struck the front end of the deputy’s vehicle.

After stopping the vehicle, Deputy McGee learned through Cannon County Dispatch thatWalkerdid not have a valid driver’s license. He was issued release citations. Initial court date is Aug. 7.

• Stephanie Burton-Thompson, 2052 Petty Gap Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Driving While License Revoked on June 6 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Turney on Jim Cummings Hwy. Bond was set at $1,000. Initial court date is Aug. 7.

• Trina Devona Graham,3255 Iconium Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Animals-at-Large on June 7 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Turney. Deputy Turney observed Graham’s horse at large on the property located at3106 Iconium Rd.Officers had previously warned Graham about her horse being at large. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 10.
