Case # (s) F09-18: State vs. Mary Stanley. Motions were made by her attorney Frank Buck. Mary Stanley had asked the court for an early release. Attorney Buck tried to show the court that all her infractions with the law were because of her addiction to pain medication. The Attorney General showed that court that every time she was shown leniency for her punishment she violated the rules of her probation. The DA suggested that she be put in an in-house rehabilitation for 30 days and then come back before the court. The judge denied the motion for early release but agreed to allow her attorney to find this option and present it to the court.
