CCHS Cross Country Team

CCHS Cross Country girls finished 3rd out of 14 teams in the silver division behind Oakland and Clarksville Northwest at the Mid State Championship Saturday, October 15.

Hannah Faulkner placed 11th and Macy Clements 15th out of 140 runners. Both received trophies.

The girls team score was 104, 22 points behind Oakland. All the girls had a personal best and will run in the regional race October 27 at the Chickamauga Dam course near Chattanooga.

Other varsity runners contributing to their success in order of placement include Madison Walkup, Lauren Simmons, Sarah Hickman, Katie Hickman and Lauren Turney.
