The Cannon County youth baseball and softball leagues will be winding down this week as the league postseason tournaments have begun and will conclude with a full day of championship games Saturday (June 19).

Championship games will be played in eight different age groups: 3-4 year-old Tee-Ball, 5-6 year-old Coach-Pitch, 7-8 year-old Coach-Pitch Baseball, 7-8 year-old Coach-Pitch Softball, 9-12 year-old softball, Minors, Majors, and 13-over softball.

Championship and runner-up trophies will be presented to the teams in the respective title games Saturday afternoon. Teams are seeded based on their regular-season finish with the exception of the 3-4 year-old T-Ball Tournament, where teams were entered on the bracket by blind draw.
