CannonTN.com is approaching its 4th anniversary. The website is funded by the Cannon County Commission and maintained by the Chamber of Commerce working with Short Mountain Studios.

The most recent enhancement to CannonTN.com is its conversion to being smart-phone enabled. Now residents and tourists can get the latest event and government information right from their phone. We regularly review the analytics for the the computer and mobile versions of the site; that information shows us how the site is being used with very specific details provided.

CannonTN.com is the community owned website. It provides information on the school system, economic development data, recreation, government - Woodbury, Auburntown, and Cannon County, local business, and community events. It is a community resource and is regularly updated.

As many of you know, last year the website was again improved with the incorporation of the County Trustee's Online Property Tax Search/Pay button. Taxpayers can look up their tax bills and tax assessment. Optionally, tax bills can be paid online, from anywhere, at any time. Just click the green button on CannonTN.com's homepage, then enter your last name to search for your property. As always, you can get personal live service by calling the Trustee's office at 615-563-2282.

Also added to CannonTN.com is a link to the new Cannon County Election Commission website. Everything you need to know about elections can be found at that link.

CannonTN.com and CannonTn.com mobile cumulatively get 800 visits per month. It is designed for local residents, tourists, and business users. The Calendar is the most frequently accessed portion of the site. That Calendar is updated and added-on to whenever government, the schools, local not-for-profits, or business provides updated to the Chamber for posting. Updates are constant and regular. Keep them coming.

Many Cannon County business' have their sites linked to CannonTN.com The more sites are cross-linked, the higher the individual sites come up during on-line searches. CannonTN.com works to make the county and is constituencies visible and accessible.
