Cannon County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

10/11/09 -- A school bus was stolen from the Taylor property on 3985 Jim Cummings Highway. Suspicious vehicles were spotted on the property by neighbors -- a red truck with a black door and a silver car.

10/14/09 -- Vickie Marsh was charged with DUI and Violation of Implied Consent after crashing her son's vehicle into Billy Nokes' fence. Ms Marsh was also cited for Failure to Display and for Financial Responsibility (insurance).

10/14/09 -- A 24' trailer was recovered by the CCSO that had been stolen in McMinnville.

10/15/09 -- Robert Greeson reported criminal littering from a passing truck on his property in Bradyville. Some identifying documents were found among the waste and the investigation is ongoing.

10/16/09 -- David Dixon harassed Sharlet Carioscia by means of threats, trespassing, blowing car horn, etc.

10/16/09 -- Russell Dale Walls was arrested at his mother's home after failing to appear in court twice.

10/17/09 -- Jeff Fox's mobile home at 670 Gaither Hollow Road was broken into, burglarized, and vandalized. Items stolen include all of the copper wiring, a stove, a refrigerator, a heater, and an AC unit.

10/18/09 -- Barbara R Allmon was charged with DUI 3rd Offense after nearly hitting a patrol car and ignoring signals to pull over. She performed particularly poorly on administered field sobriety tests.

10/19/09 -- A stolen back hoe was recovered and returned to Warren County where it was stolen. The back hoe was badly damaged.

Woodbury Police Department Incident Reports

10/04/09 -- Monte Schultz's garage was broken into and burglarized again. Items stolen include a DVD Blu-Ray player, a Red Flyer Radio Wagon, a heat and air window unit, and stereo equipment.

10/14/09 -- Sandra Yvonne Vickers failed to stop for a school bus that was discharging children.

10/14/09 -- Francisco Bustamante was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

10/16/09 -- Samantha J. Briggs knowingly operated a motor vehicle with the wrong tag as well as having a revoked license at the time.

10/16/09 -- Curtis Barry Rains failed to stop for a school bus that was discharging children.

10/16/09 -- Corey Scott McNeese operated a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

10/16/09 -- Andrea Leah Buggey unlawfully possessed marijuana and drug paraphernalia (rolling papers).

10/18/09 -- Melissa Smotherman reported her husband's tags stolen form their 420 S McCrary St. home.

10/19/09 -- Michael Brian Davis was operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
