Cannon County Sports Schedule August 20

The Cannon County Lionette Volleyball team will get their season underway tonight in nearby Murfreesboro. The group hopes to start out of the gates successful with a set of matches against district opponent Central Magnet. This will be a varsity only game at 6:00.
The Cannon County golf duo of Luke Jakes and Mason Tramel will see what they can do on the Smithville Golf Course as they meet their rivals from Dekalb County starting at 3:30.
The girls soccer team has cancelled their Maroon vs Gold Scrimmage. First game of the season is Thursday at home against Watertown.
