Cannon Basketball Teams Looking To Stay In First Host Smith County Tonight

The Cannon County Lionettes will try to keep their District 8-AA record spotless as they host Smith County tonight in Woodbury. The Lionettes are coming off a two-game losing streak having lost to both Moore County and Community earlier this week. The Lionettes currently sit atop the District standings with an 3-0 record.

After getting smacked by the Smith County Owls January 6th, the Cannon County Lions have won five of their last six, including two District 8-AA contests and find themselves in a three-way tie for first place with Smith and Westmoreland.

Tonight's games will tip off at 6:00 and will be video streamed live from Robert A Harris Gymnasium on Hometown Showcase On YouTube.
