Pody also visited the Cannon County Election Office and Administrator of Elections Matt Tepley to file paperwork to run in the a primary and special elections to be held on Nov. 7 and Dec. 19, respectively, to fill the District 17 State Senate seat which was recently vacated by Mae Beavers, who is running for governor.
