Brass-Knuckles Brawl Leads To Charges Against Three

Three men were charged following an altercation Thursday night on West Adams St. by Woodbury Patrolman John House.

The man alleged to be the primary aggressor, Patrick Dewayne Clark, 6315 Burks Hollow Road, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault – Bodily Injury, and with Carrying A Weapon With Intent To Go Armed, Disorderly Conduct and Contempt Of Court – Violation Of Bond Conditions.

Clark was out on bond following a Feb. 19 arrest for Domestic Assault. He allegedly went to the residence of the purported victim on Thursday, violating the conditions of the bond.

While there he encountered Kerry Michael Jordan, 4896 Jacksboro Rd., Morrison, and Richard Chase Thomas, 214 Kimela Dr., Woodbury, and the three of them became involved in an altercation in the street.

Clark allegedly struck both Jordan and Thomas about the head while wearing brass knuckles.

Jordan and Thomas were both charged with Disorderly Conducted and issued release citations. Their initial court date is April 24.

Clark was arrested and taken to the Cannon County Jail, where bond was set at $19,500. His initial court day on his newsest charges is also April 24.
