Board Of Education To Meet Tonight At 6

The Cannon County Budget Committee declined the request of the County Schools to raise their portion of the property tax allocation to .85 thus keeping the allocation at 68.5 cents.
The Board of Education will meet tonight to discuss their budget at their regular monthly meeting at the Woodbury Grammar School Cafeteria.
Other items on the agenda include the discussion of the interscholastic athletics policy and the hot topic of restructuring Cannon County Schools. The meeting starts at 6:00 tonight.
