Thomas "Tex" Parks, 78 of Victoria, Texas, passed away Dec 8 2009, after an extended illness.

NASHVILLE — As part of National Drunk & Drugged Driving Prevention Month, the Tennessee Highway Patrol will be stepping up its enforcement crackdown to find and remove impaired drivers from Tennessee roadways.
NASHVILLE – TN Infrastructure Alliance (TIA) recently completed a statewide, 95 county “Truck Tour” to raise awareness and support for Tennessee’s infrastructure needs. TIA stopped in Cannon County to highlight the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations’ (TACIR) report: “Building Tennessee’s Tomorrow: Anticipating the State’s Infrastructure Needs.”
