Woodbury Water System (Cannon County) received the Governor’s Commendation for Exceptional Public Service at the TDEC Post Flood Meeting on July 21 in Murfreesboro. TDEC Deputy Commissioner Paul Sloan; Andy Jacobs, Operator; and Deputy Governor John Morgan.
