Mr. Randall Taylor, 80, of Auburntown passed away Monday, August 3, 2026 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born in Kannapolis, N.C., the son of the late William C. and Mallie Tate Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ethan Cord Taylor and siblings, Rachel Melton and J.T. Taylor.
He is survived by his three sons, Don Taylor, Aubrey (Rachel) Taylor and Cody Taylor (Amber Gunter) all of Auburntown; grandchildren, Daisy Taylor, Corbitt Taylor, Lorali Taylor, Kaylyn and Kelci Taylor; siblings, Wayne (Kathy) Taylor of Woodbury and Darlene (Jack) Knowles of Baxter. Also surviving is the mother of his children, Jeanette Irvin Taylor of Auburntown.
A member of the Taylor's Chapel Baptist Church, Randall was retired from Heritage Farms and was a lifelong farmer. Randall enjoyed staying busy farming, fishing, playing bluegrass music and studying his bible.
Memorial visitation with the Taylor family will be Friday, August 7, 2026 beginning are 4:00 P.M. Memorial services will follow at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Barrett officiating.
