Betty Ann Hill, 77, of Christiana, passed away February 12, 2026 at Woodbury Health and Rehab. Born in Williamsburg, KY., she was the daughter of the late Arthur “Doc” Early and Elizabeth (W.C.) Baird Cook. In addition to her parents and stepfather, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Hill and brother, Ralph Prewitt.
Ms. Betty is survived by her siblings, Tina Rigsby, Brenda Hall and Tommy Prewitt and sister-in-law, Patti Prewitt. She is also survived by The Hill family who provided her with love and care for many years, her good friend, Bette Gibson and many nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Unity Baptist church in Christiana and previously worked at Chromolox. Ms. Betty enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, collecting teddy bears and she lovingly volunteered for the American Kidney Foundation.
Her family will receive friends Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at Woodbury Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Murfreesboro, TN. with Joel Littlefield officiating. Her family will serve as pallbearers.
