Carl F. Kurth, Sr., age 72, passed away on November 11, 2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital due to pneumonia and heart failure. He was born January 28, 1949 in Camden, NJ and a native of Gassaway. Carl was previously in the United States Navy. He was a retired trucker driver & machinist. Carl's hobbies included building computers, trains, and old cars.
He is survived by his loving wife, Annabelle; his daughters, Missy (Keith) of Murfreesboro; Carla Ann (Devin) of Woodbury; and his son, CJ (Angel) of Woodbury. He was a proud grandfather to Ryan, Ashley, Carly, Brianna, Candice, Chealeigh, Wyatt, Jesiah, Lexie, & Logan. He was also a great grandfather to Ronan & Delilah. He also leaves behind many other friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death in death by his father, Carlton F. Kurth; his mother, Gladys Kurth; his brother, Carlton F. Kurth, Jr.; and his sister, Alice Kennedy.
The family will receive friends for the visitation on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 1 PM to 5 PM at Woodbury Funeral Home.
