Ricky William Kailiponi, of Woodbury, Tenn., was arrested and charged with carrying a weapon on school property on Saturday, Feb. 13 at Springfield Middle School during the Tops ‘N Tennessee, or TNT, middle school basketball tournament.
According to the official incident report obtained from the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office, an unknown person approached the officers on duty at SMS and informed them of a suspicious person “with a large bulge in his side pants pocket” that could have been considered a weapon.
