American Legion Post #279 Dinner Planned July 21

The American Legion Post #279 will meet Thursday, July 21, at the Cannon County Senior Citizens Center at 5:45 p.m. for a sit down dinner.

The dinner will be prepared by the ladies of the American Legion Auxillary.

The Post's monthly meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Membership dues for for 2012 can be paid to Penny Daniels and she can issue your new 2012 membership card at the same time.

Come on out and enjoy an exciting and informative evening.

Also, if you would like to purchase an American flag, or flag set, which includes a revolving 6-foot pole with a gold ball on the tip and mounting bracket included, see a member of the American Legion Post #279. The flags are made in America.
