PrintMs. Amanda Sanders, age 98, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the Stones River Hospital in Woodbury.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Margaret A. Owens, Joe L. (Genola) Sanders and Jimmie L. (Mary) Sanders all of Woodbury, TN; also daughter in law Virginia Alexander of Murfreesboro, TN; seven grandchildren, Rita Groomes, Murfreesboro, TN, Amanda Joy (Sam) Bryant, Ellicott City, MD, Gina Greenlee, Antioch, TN, Gwen (Robert) Frazier, Woodbury, TN, Joey Sanders, Murfreesboro, TN, Kenny Sanders, Woodbury, TN and Courtney Sanders, Woodbury, TN; four great-grandchildren; two nieces and a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Services for Ms. Sanders were held Saturday, June 21st at the Woodbury Church of Christ. Family visitation began at 12:00 noon with Funeral to follow at 1:00 pm. Burial was at the Hoover Cemetery.
