14 Juveniles, Three Adults Charged Following Drinking Party



On March 13, 2011, Woodbury Police received information and pictures concerning a party held in town involving several juveniles and adults.

Upon investigation it was discovered that 14 juveniles and another female age 18 had been given alcohol by two other adults.

The pictures showed one of the adults participating in a juvenile doing a keg stand where a person is held upside down on top of the keg and beer is shot into the juvenile's mouth.

Also, pictures were obtained of juveniles drinking from what appeared to be a liquor bottle.

After identifying the juveniles, all 14 were cited along with the 18 year old female.

Also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor were Kimberly Besner of 923 Reed Court  and Roy Foust of 4601 Jim Cummings Highway, Woodbury.

Both adults were charged with 15 counts each of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and Foust was charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

Foust also had an active Violation of Probation warrant in Memphis, Tenn.

All parties charged will appear before Judge Susan Melton on April 12, 2011 in General Sessions and Juvenile Courts.

Asst. Chief Kevin Mooneyham was the arresting officer. He was assisted by Sgt. John House,  Officer John Fessmire, Officer Brent Brock, Deputy Randy Moss, Deputy Randy Neal, Deputy Reed Bryson, Deputy Brandon Mimms and Deputy Brandon Gullett.
