WPD Files Charges Against Five

Five persons were charged with various alleged criminal offenses recently by the Woodbury Police Department.

• Robert Michael Mason, 232 McMinnville Hwy., Woodbury, was charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law on June 13 by Woodbury Police Patrolman Brent Brock following a traffic stop on McMinnville Hwy. Bond was set at $3,500. Initial court date is July 26.

• Gray Gibson, 247 Sanctuary Lane, Liberty, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on June 9 by Woodbury Police Patrolman John Fesmire. A roach clip was found near where Gibson was sitting in a vehicle after a police dog alerted to the odor of narcotics. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is July 26.

• Corey Scott McNeese, 1695 Iconium Rd., Woodbury, was charged with driving on a suspended license on June 12 by Woodbury Assistant Police Chief Kevin Mooneyham following a traffic stop on West Main St. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 19.

• Joshua Lee Underwood was charged with speeding (81/55) on June 4 by Woodbury Police Sgt. John House following a traffic stop on John Bragg Hwy. Initial court date is July 19.

• Marlene Espinoza was charged with no driver’s license by Woodbury Police Patrolman John Fesmire following a traffic stop on McMinnville Hwy. Initial court date is July 26.
