WPD Arrests Two For Cell Phone Theft

On July 1, 2010, Woodbury Police Department Sgt. Kevin Mooneyham took a report that a cell phone had been taken from a residence on High St.

After an investigation Sgt. Mooneyham arrested Phillip M. Shook, age 19 of Woodbury, and Sherman Tyler Rumsey, age 22 also of Woodbury, and charged them with theft under $500.00.

Rumsey was also charged with criminal impersonation after attempting to give a false name.

Also involved in the investigation was Officer Brent Brock.
