Woodbury Woman Faces Seven Charges

A Woodbury woman faces multiple charges following her Oct. 22 arrest for an alleged home burglary.

Brittany Lynn Ross, 347 Kelsie Drive, Woodbury, was charged by Deputy Lawrence Avera of the Cannon County Sheriff's Department with the following offenses:

Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Theft Under $500, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Legend Drug (two counts), and Simple Possession.

According to arrest warrants, Ross was charged after she allegedly "feloniously entered" a home on Dug Hollow Road the early morning hours of Oct. 22 without the consent of the property owner.

She was found to be in possession of nearly 300 pills at the time of her arrest.

She also had a Colt Agent 38 Special, a six-shot black revolver, which was allegedly stolen from the residence.

 Total bond was set at $21,000. Her initial court appearance is Dec. 7.
