Woodbury Weight Watchers Extends Enrollment Deadline

It is sad but true that Woodbury may lose the community based program that has been meeting continuously for three years.

As a community based program Weight Watchers, Inc. requires a minimum number of 15 enrolled for each new 10-12 week session to begin. Enrollment dropped below this number at the July 1st meeting.

Weight Watchers, Inc. has made a one time exception to allow one more week to try to recruit more members.

After that if Woodbury does not meet the quota the best alternative will be to attend meetings at Georgetown in Murfreesboro.

Meetings take place at the U.T. Extension Office on Lehman Street on Thursdays at 5 p.m. with weigh-ins starting by 4:30 p.m.
