Woodbury Weight Watcher’s Class Starts April 22

Are you happy with the way you look in your bathing suit this spring? If you have 5 or more pounds to lose before vacation or can’t squeeze into last year’s suit here is good news for you!

A new Woodbury Weight Watcher’s class will be starting Thursday, April 22nd in the community room at the U. T. Extension Office, on Lehman Street, across from the Senior Citizen’s Center. Meetings are at 5 p.m. with weigh-ins starting by 4:30 p.m.

This ten week session will run from April 22 through June 24. The price is $120 for new members, $110 for continuing members, and free for Life Members who have maintained within 2 pounds of their goals.

The money and enrollment form are due by Thursday, April 15 so new members are welcome to come to the meeting that day for a free visit. This group has met continuously for over two years but requires a minimum enrollment of 15 before each new 10 week session to continue.

The instructor, Marie Frala, serves up lots of humorous anecdotes, stories, and practical advice along with the Weight Watchers program. You may expect to learn about healthy shopping and eating on a budget, choosing foods wisely when eating out, adding exercise to your program, your food triggers, and other relevant topics in a caring supportive group. All you have to lose is weight!
