• Consider bids for Water Plant Drainage Basin Improvements (Bid opening held May 3, 2012).

• Discuss proposal from Unison Site Management to purchase property at 407 Old Manchester Rd. (old water tank site currently leased to AT&T).

• Consider adoption of the proposed 2012-2013 proposed budget on first reading.
