Woman Faces Seven Charges From Two Separate Incidents



A Woodbury woman faces a total of seven charges stemming from two recent incidents, each of which occurred on Laurel Street.

In the first incident, which took place on Oct. 28, Robyn Alesha Wilmoth, 101 West Laurel St., Woodbury, was charged with Driving on a Suspended License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Woodbury Police Dept. Patrolman John Fesmire.

The paraphernalia is described in the citiation as being a "cut straw with powdery residue in it." The straw was found in a pair of pants in Wilmoth's car.

Wilmoth's first court appear on the charges from that incident was on Nov. 9, and the case was continued until Jan. 18.

The second incident happened on Nov. 6. Ptl. Fesmire charged Wilmoth with DUI, Violation of the Implied Consent Law, Driving on a Suspended License, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

According to the citations, Wimoth "yelled and shouted in the middle of Laurel St." and "kept yelling" after being told to be quite. She also "argued with several people at 800 S. McCrary St." and continued arguing and yelling after law enforcement arrived.

Bond from the Nov. 6 incident was set at $9,000. Initial court date is Dec. 14.
