The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Wind Advisory... which is in effect from 7 am this morning to 5 PM CST this afternoon.

* Timing... 7 am through 5 PM today.

* Winds... 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph.

* Impacts... operators of high profile vehicles should use caution on area roadways. Residents should secure loose items on patios and decks. Some trees may be blown down due to the recent rains and the strong winds.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 25 to 39 mph and/or gusts of 35 to 57 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
