Asking for your vote, Wayne Prater for Trustee. I live in the Short Mountain community. I am married to Janet (Lewis) Prater. We have three children, Danna (Mike) Pemberton, Todd (Vickie) Prater and Tracy (Clay) Bell. I attended college at UT and MTSU.

I am qualified for this office and will treat people the way I want to be treated showing no discrimination against anyone. From day one, I will work toward getting the Trustee office set up on a computer system and bring it into the 21st century. I have talked to several individuals that have shown me how the county could save money and be more efficient.

I have visited with other department heads, bank personnel, other trustee offices and I see no reason why Cannon County cannot operate under an updated system. This is going to have to be done.

I hope to see you before election day August 5, 2010 and I will be asking for your vote for Trustee.
