This season put new SPRING in your step as you have fun and volunteer your talents for the betterment of Edgar Evins State Park, near Smithville on beautiful Center Hill Lake.

The Friends of Edgar Evins State Park, Inc. is a non-profit organization with the purpose of improving and protecting the park in coordination with the State and park employees, and to provide activities for the community and other visitors in a safe and attractive environment.

It is now easier than ever to know how you can become involved for just one day or many. The Friends of Edgar Evins State Park , Inc. website http://foeesp.ne1.net now has a “Help Wanted” section for volunteers. It will be updated as needs change. If you have other talents or interests not posted there you can probably be accommodated. The organization is always looking for new ideas and new ways to serve the community.
