PrintVirgil Lee Bogle, age 86, of Murfreesboro, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. He was a native of Cannon Co.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Thelma Dean Ferrell Bogle of Murfreesboro; Children, Jeffery Glenn (Hollie) Bogle of Murfreesboro & Lisa Gail (Keith) Stephens of Ashland City; Grandchildren, Brandon (Bobbie) Bogle, Jessica (John) Fisher, Michelle (Nick) Bernard, & Candyce (Shawn) Owens; 4 Great Grandchildren, Elijah Fisher, Emily Nelson, Ramsey Fisher, & Elizabeth Owens; and a sister, Dorothy (Howard) Green of Smyrna.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie & Dovie Melton Bogle.
Mr. Bogle was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ and was a retired local truck driver.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 2, 2015 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Riverside Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, May 1, 2015 at the funeral home.
