Violation of Offender Registry

Scott Dale Cameron. Doolittle Road, was charged with failing to change his address for the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. A hearing was set for June 6 in General Sessions Court.

DUI

Sydney Elrod was charged with public intoxication and DUI by Deputy Jordan McGee. A hearing was set for June 6 in General Sessions Court.

Assault

Geoffery Joseph McDonnell, 66, was charged with assault following an incident on Short Mountain Road. A hearing was set for May 2 in General Sessions Court.

Stolen Firearms

James Puffenbarger reported the theft of several guns from his home including a 38-caliber Smith & Wesson nickle-plated revolver valued at $450. Also taken were a .22-caliber Ruger pistol, a 22-caliber Winchester rifle with scope, a .22-caliber pistol, and a .22-caliber Winchester rifle. The missing guns were valued at $1,250.

Justin Lynn Rogers, capias on vandalism, theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary charges.

Shirley Louise Atnip was charged with DUI, first offense, by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for August 8 in General Sessions Court.
