Two Plead Guilty To License Offenses, One To Underage Drinking

Some of the results from Tuesday's General Sessions Court included:

Isidoro Hernandez-Mendez pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation and paying a $2.00 fine and court costs.

Elisha James Jenkins pled guilty to the charge of under age consumption. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $100.00 fine and paying the court costs. In addition, he was ordered to attend 10 AA meetings.

Raymond Alexander Haines pled guilty to the charge of driving while license revoked 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 45 days in jail, paying a $100.00 fine and paying the court costs. In addition, his driver's license was revoked for 2 years.

Stanley Brooks was appointed an attorney. He is charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent law.

Daniel Rainey was appointed an attorney. He is charged with violation fo probation and driving while license revoked or suspended.

Randall Smotherman was appointed an attorney. He is charged with violation of probation.

Aaron Moon was appointed an attorney. He is charged with driving while license revoked 5th offense and evading arrest.

Jerry Gunter was appointed an attorney. He is charged with driving under the influence and reckless endangerment.
