Two Go Where They're Not Wanted



Woodbury Police have charged two persons with trespassing in separate incidents.

• Walter Larry Bess, 117 McBroom St., Woodbury, was charged with criminal trespass and violation of an order of protection by Woodbury Patrolman Chris Brown on May 28. Bess allegedly trespassed at Moonlite Drive-In as he was on the premises at 2 a.m. after the business was closed.

Bess allegedly violated the order of protection by bringing food and drink to the petitioner, who was parked at Higgins Storage, and throwing the merchandize over a fence. Bond was set at $1,000. Initial court date is June 14.

• Timothy Ray Rogers, 4618 Ferrell Hollow Rd., Readyville, was charged with trespassing on May 39 by Woodbury Patrolman Patrick Fann. Rogers was allegedly seen leaving the property of South Ridge Apartments after he had been told by the property manager to not be there. Bond was set at $250. Initial court date is July 26.
