Chancellor Robert E. Corlew, III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Monday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Debra Young was reset for November 19, 2010. She is charged with violation of probation.

Cynthia Taylor was appointed an attorney and reset for July 15, 2010. She is charged with violation of probation.

Wesley Paul Scott pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Amanda Hollis was appointed an attorney and reset for July 15, 2010. She is charged with violation of probation.

John Smith's petition to be placed on unsupervised probation was granted by Chancellor Corlew.

Joshua P. Smith pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Michael Mason was reset for July 15, 2010. He is charged with violation of probation.
