Brian Forrest Brock, 301 Carr Rd., Morrison, was charged with DUI 2^nd Offense, simple possession of a Schedule IV drug, possession of a Legend drug and leaving the scene of an accident on July 8 following a traffic stop on W. Main St. by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire.

Brock was observed swerving in and out of traffic.

After making contact, Patrolman Fesmire observed that Brock was unable to stand on his own, his speech was slurred, and he seemed unsure of where he was at.

Brock made his initial appearance in Cannon County General Sessions Court on July 19 and his case was continued until Sept. 27.
