Timmy Wayne Mount

Mr. Timmy Wayne Mount was born October 11, 1968 to Charles Houston Mount, Sr. and Annie L. Mount in Woodbury, Tennessee. He passed into eternal life on November 27, 2015 at the too young age of 47. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Houston Mount and Lois Mount.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Beth Mount of Woodbury; sons, Joseph "JoJo" Givens of Carthage and Timmy Mount, Jr. of Woodbury; daughters, Brittany Givens of Carthage, Alexis Mount of Woodbury, step-children, Emily Hollis and Ricky Hollis both of Woodbury; brother, Charles Mount, Jr. of Murfreesboro; sisters, Evette Potter of Nashville, Charmeka Mount of Murfreesboro and Chelsa Mount of Woodbury; grandchildren, Jada Givens, Davin Givens and Ka'marie Feathston; great uncle, James Batey; aunts, Polly Mount and Ester McShepard; father and mother-in-law, Ricky and Ruth Murphy; as well as several other aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Timmy enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Vols football games. He liked doing anything outdoors, fishing, gardening and cutting wood. He loved to spend time with family and friends. He was known to hold big cookouts and loved to grill steaks and ribs. He always had a smile and was a strong but soft spoken person.

The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral Home on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 1-7 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Grace Assembly of God Church, 2999 John Bragg Hwy., on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 12 pm.
